Transformation Celebration!

The Memorial Baptist Puppet Team and Music Department will present "Transformation Celebration: Rejoicing in our New Life in Christ" this Sunday evening, April 19, at 6:00 PM. Come join us as we worship our Savior through music and puppetry!

Time Update

Just in case anyone was wondering, Worship the King will take place at 6:00 pm as originally scheduled. The Lord has given us a beautiful afternoon!

Please be aware that, due to the wintry forecast for Sunday, Worship the King may be bumped up to the morning service at 11:00 am. However, this change is not yet official, and the original time of 6:00 pm still stands until further notice. Please check back here tomorrow afternoon for the official word. Thanks!

Update...

Well, the stage is pretty much set up and ready to go, the media department just has a few last minute tweaks to perform on the audio/visual elements, and we only have about three days left until WTK takes the stage!

Last night, the MBC Praise Team rehearsed their part of the program, and it seemed to go pretty well. Please continue to pray for the health of all involved, though, as many people are either just getting over an illness, or just coming down with one.

Also, please pray for dress rehearsal this Saturday at 9:30 am. Pray that everyone will be able to attend, and that things will go smoothly. Please continue to pray that God will be preparing the hearts of those who will attend the program, and that many people will come to a saving knowledge of Christ through this presentation.

Rehearsal!

Wednesday, December 3rd at 6:00 pm will be the first time the entire cast will have a chance to practice together. Please pray that things go smoothly, and that all will be able to attend. Thank you!

Please Pray...

It seems hard to believe, but we are less than ONE MONTH away from Worship the King! This is both exciting and nerve wracking. It is our goal to make this an unforgettable evening of worship and celebration, while ultimately bringing glory to God and helping to bring people near to Him. We cannot do this on our own strength, and everyone involved would appreciate your prayers. Here are a few specific requests:

-Pray for the health and safety of our cast and crew. Even one person missing could be a huge setback.

-Pray for good publicity - we want as many people to come and hear the Gospel as possible!

-Pray that everyone in the cast will have sufficient time for rehearsing in the weeks ahead.

-Pray that God will be preparing people's hearts even now to receive a word from Him that evening.
